A touch of CO2 is added giving the wine a youthful light & slightly fizzy quality with high acidity and lower alcohol

the family sold their estate to famed winemaker Jean-Baptiste Adam in 2004

This wine is made from vines planted in 1920

Established by the Kuentz family in 1795 & forged through a marriage that joined the Kuentz & Bas families in 1895

On the palate this wine is warm

The Rota family has been making lambrusco at their winery which borders Modena and Reggio for 110 years

The resulting wine is silky
