Les Elgart - Alley CatOne of the 1940s top swing jazz bandleaders, trumpeter Les Elgart later defined the easy listening sound of the mid 1950s through the mid 1960s. On this rare album, originally released in 1979, Les and the band cover a nice selection of standards including hit dance tune Alley Cat, Brazil and pop standards of the 1930s and 1940s. All selections have been newly remastered.
