Carbon top dash rail and binnacleThe top dash rail is made to replace the existing padded rail, or add a more modern dash to any Mini. The dash rail does not include the ash tray or vent openings. Some mounting bracket my be need to attach and are not provided with the part. The gage binnacle is made with a blank face to add a custom or stock gage layout.
