Gothic Bow Brooch with Red Enamel - TB04This bow brooch is a reproduction from a 6th Century Visigothic example from the British Museum. Bow brooches were worn by Germanic peoples like the Goths, Franks, Anglo Saxons and Vikings and were influenced by late Roman fibulae brooches. Cast in bronze with red enamel, this piece is also available with a silver plated or blackened silver plated finish. This brooch has a steel pin for strength. 4 7 8" (11. 2 cm) long
