Plum, crushed red currants, and also a slight herbaceous spiciness follow through to a medium bodied palate. Very expressive with aromas of wild strawberries and peppermint. It's well balanced with a medium long finish, and ready to drink over the next 2 3 years. It matches lamb with thyme, grilled red meat, fine cheese.
