I think it may have once had a loop at the top for hanging but this has broken off some time ago

It is signed Foreign on the bottom

It has a wonderful original miniature painting on the top of a woodland landscape with a cottage

The barrel measures 2 1/2 inches in height and 2 inches in diameter

This is an original vintage hand carved wood lady sculpture figurine by Paul Emile Caron

5 inches in width and 2 inches in height

They are all matching so it is interesting that both silver from Birmingham and Chester are used
