Burzi | Barolo DOCG '20Producer: Burzi (Alberto & Caterina Burzi) Region: Barolo, Italy Grape: Nebbiolo Tasting Notes: Sourced from 30 70 year old vines, fermented in steel tanks with a 25 30 day maceration then aged in large barrels for 2 years and settles in concrete tanks to settle before bottling. Vibrant, fresh, with that lovely Nebbiolo perfume. The tannins are a bit tight and could use a decanting or 10 years in your cellar but drinks beautifully now too.
