Each wristlet has a 50mm snap hook clip and 26 mm keyring made from zinc alloy and are nickel and lead free. The diameter of the inner wristlet is 7. 5 cm and will fit most wrist sizes as it is a loose fitting design that wont come off easily due to the nature of the silicone beads. If you require a smaller size I recommend the 15mm wristlets
